Team Dynamic Minds offers two distinct pathways of support, both led by Kristine Mastronardi, MS, BCBA, LBA, RDI® Certified Consultant, the only provider in the tri-state area holding both BCBA and RDI® Certified Consultant credentials.

Kristine has also completed advanced training in the Dynamic Intelligence curriculum and continues to receive ongoing mentorship from RDI® founder Dr. Steven Gutstein.

ABA Therapy (BCBA-led • Insurance covered • Neurodiversity-affirming)

Individualized ABA therapy provided in the home and community, with an emphasis on connection, meaningful engagement, communication, flexibility, independence, and skills that matter in everyday life. Our ABA services include assessment, individualized treatment planning, direct therapy, caregiver involvement, data-based clinical decision making, and ongoing BCBA oversight.

RDI® Consultation (Medicaid • Aetna Commercial • Private Pay)

RDI® is a separate developmental approach and is not ABA therapy.

Rather than focusing primarily on individual behaviors or isolated skills, RDI® works through the parent-child relationship to develop the foundations of dynamic thinking, flexibility, social understanding, problem solving, and authentic connection.

Dynamic Intelligence Development

For individuals ready to move beyond foundational RDI® work, Team Dynamic Minds also offers advanced developmental programming focused on flexible thinking, perspective taking, decision making, self-awareness, and navigating the complexity of everyday life. Programs may include the Dynamic Intelligence Curriculum, Advanced Dynamic Thinking, and Mental Tools.

Parent Coaching

You spend more time with your child than any therapist ever will. We equip you with strategies, confidence, and clarity so growth happens all day, not just during sessions. Available in-person and via telehealth.

School & Community Collaboration

We work directly with your child's teachers and support team to create consistency across every environment your child lives and learns in.

Two Pathways. One Family-Centered Practice.

At Team Dynamic Minds we offer two distinct and separate services:

ABA Therapy is provided by Kristine Mastronardi, MS, BCBA, LBA in her capacity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in New Jersey. ABA services are evidence-based, data-driven, and covered by most major insurance plans including Horizon BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Carelon and NJ FamilyCare.

RDI® Consultation is provided by Kristine Mastronardi in her capacity as an RDI® Certified Consultant. RDI® is not ABA therapy. RDI® Consultation is a separate, relationship-centered, family-focused program developed by Dr. Steven Gutstein and is not represented as ABA or as an evidence-based practice under BACB guidelines. RDI® services is covered by Medicaid (ages 2-21) and Aetna commercial plans. Contact us to verify your benefits at no cost to you.

These two services are offered independently of one another and are never combined or misrepresented. Kristine maintains separate professional standards for each credential she holds.

ABA Therapy services are provided in accordance with BACB ethics guidelines. RDI® Consultation services are provided in accordance with RDI® Connect certification standards.
