Our Story
Kristine Mastronardi doesn't just understand what autism families are going through. She has lived it from the very beginning and she is still living it today. When her son Jake was diagnosed with autism, Kristine found her way to Relationship Development Intervention. What followed was extraordinary. Kristine and Jake walked the RDI® journey side by side, guided by one of the greatest developmental minds in the world.
That journey never ended. Jake continues his own remarkable journey, currently engaged in the Dynamic Intelligence curriculum, Advanced Dynamic Thinking, and Mental Tools programs.
At 30 years old Jake is not just thriving. He is growing, advocating for the autism community with over 36,000 TikTok followers, and proving every single day that development never has to stop.
Watching her son grow from a child with autism into a thriving, dynamically developing 30-year-old man didn't just change Kristine's family. It gave her an unshakeable calling.
She went on to earn her Master's degree, her Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential, and her New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst licensure building the clinical precision to match the lived wisdom she already carried.
She is the only provider in the tri-state area who holds both BCBA certification and RDI® Certified Consultant status and is trained in the advanced Dynamic Intelligence curriculum.
She built Team Dynamic Minds for the parents who are where she once was. Scared. Searching. Wondering if their child will be okay at 10. At 20. At 30.
She built it to tell you, with her whole life as the evidence, that the answer is yes.

Meet Jake
Jake Mastronardi is 30 years old, an autism advocate, and the reason Team Dynamic Minds exists.
Diagnosed with autism as a young child, Jake went through the RDI® program alongside his mother Kristine, guided by the same advanced training that continues to shape his development today.
Today he is thriving as a certified dog trainer, traveling, advocating for the autism community, and continuing his own Dynamic Intelligence development journey.
